Your values are the parameters for your ability to experience joy and fulfillment in this life (despite whatever it is that you do). This is a values exercise like no other values exercise. Using your own language & communication style, we will suss out your most core values and connect the dots for how you can experience the highest levels of joy in your life, love, and work.Â

And this work doesn't end with our session. You'll receive a recording + documentation of our work together that you can keep for the rest of your life. What is my lifework mission?
This is simply an articulation of your Big Why (why you are here), your How (your values, your beliefs, the unchanging parts of you that contribute to your purpose fulfillment) and What you can tangibly do to amplify your purpose & work on this planet. Â It's essentially a blueprint or north star for guidance and direction in your life as you move through it.
Why is this important?
Because when we are crystal clear on what we came here to do, we can move through the world on purpose, with confidence, ease, and grace. Because we were not meant to work, pay bills and die. Because we are meant to LIVE. And because we are all deserving of connecting to the deeper meaning in our lives.Â

Um, absolutely! While FYP was originally designed for individuals looking to connect with their life purpose, this session has evolved to support businesses, ideas, projects, and teams. Highly recommend booking if you are working on developing a mission statement for your business, looking to understand the deeper why behind your work (project or team), and generally looking to amplify your movement so that others can get behind it.Â
What if my purpose doesn't come through?
This hasn't happened in the 50+ sessions that I've guided. I am confident that you will leave with a deep sense of purpose and meaning in addition to a blueprint for moving forward. Â If you do not, I am happy to extend our work together until you do.
